Drum Loops HD App Reviews

This is a fantastic app for helping you practice bass. Its certainly more interesting than a metronome, and the drum sounds are real, so it sounds amazing. I run mine through a Bluetooth Bean (wireless speaker) right from my iPhone. Great! The only feature I really wish it had is the ability to save beats to a "favourites" list. Great app! Worth every penny.

I have been using Drum Loops HD with Auria Pro and GarageBand IOS for quite awhile, just added HD 2. I wrote with a question about the sound today, got a quick reply and some help. Good stuff.

Dont buy. The loops no longer work.

Since the last update the app doesnt open. I restored it many times, and it still doesnt open. My device is an iPhone 3 Gs, and the app was working fine on it before the update.

Sounds great and totally usable in tracks !! Would love more tempos though. !!! Thats to all ansd please continue

Good sound, very easy to use for songwriting (audio copy paste into DAW) Please upgrade to some more drum loops (reggae !!)

I use this app for bass practice. Great variety of patterns with excellent sound. Very easy to use. An update with reggae drums would be nice...

Great recordings of loops. Tom Toms a great for intros. Could you please add some more differentiated rock loops. Maby like band of skulls or white tripes would be great!

The quality of these loops are really great…as good as anything ive got in my DAW library. The performances are stylistically spot on, and well played. Cant wait for more Jazz oriented loops… Keep up the great work!

With a sequencer and a little imagination, you can conjure up some very nice and very real sounding drum beats and patterns.

I can compile a song in minutes and thats exactly what its for. The recordings are top notch! Would love to see more grooves as an add on. I am very Impressed. Country grooves like train would be Great!!

The sounds are great but it should include a basic sample editor. Why not? True that a simple editor is not expensive. The rating is full because it more than delivers what it promises. Perry

Well I guess it could be great if you are making "standard" music like pop or some kind of electronic. I personally need metal drumming to be included. I would also give this 2 more stars if it had 3/4 signatures.

Love the app. It made my life easier. But after update to ios6 pasting no longer works. Please solve it.

I cant speak for all the pasting options, etc., as I simply use it to jam along and practice with, and as a drummer for my band in a pinch at rehearsals. Sure, it would be great if there were loops at every tempo, but the size of the app would be unmanageable. These loops sound GREAT and are INSPIRING which is what matters to me most. I am a professional bass player if that matters to you, considering this. I love it.

This App is all you need to make great real drum tracks. I use it religiously in Auria and other DAWs with great success. I am no drummer but a guitarist and this is better than any crappy digital drums processor. Thank you guys for making a killer app for ios musicians. Everyone get it you will not regret it!
